Dynamic professionals. Dedicated volunteers. Hardworking moms.
Melissa Manice and Tina Sadarangani know what it takes to solve tough problems—because they’ve done it. As longtime residents, moms with kids in Mamaroneck schools, and proven community leaders, they understand the frustration families feel when taxes rise but roads crumble, schools strain, and Town Hall stalls.
They’ve raised millions for our community, built partnerships, and delivered lasting results. They will bring that same energy, discipline, and collaboration to fixing what’s broken in Mamaroneck.
Melissa and Tina aren’t career politicians. They are proven problem-solvers who put their community first.

Melissa Manice, PhD, MPH
Candidate for Town of Mamaroneck Supervisor
Melissa has spent a decade turning vision into results for the Larchmont and Mamaroneck community. Melissa founded One Larchmont, a nonprofit dedicated to revitalizing the two historic business districts, which has restored over 20 businesses and 8 buildings and provided 30+ grants to local small businesses impacted by COVID. As President of Flint Park Conservancy, she led a $4M restoration that brought a new playground, basketball and paddle courts, athletic fields and gathering spaces to life. An experienced healthcare entrepreneur and advisor, Melissa knows how to unite partners and plan strategically to deliver multifaceted projects. She is a proud mom of four children in Mamaroneck schools, with a Masters in Public Health and a PhD in Clinical and Translational Medicine. In 2013, she founded Cohero Health, a mobile diagnostic and remote monitoring platform for asthma and COPD, and sold the company in 2019 to Aptar Pharma.

Tina Sadarangani, ANP-BC, FAAN
Candidate for Council
Tina has a proven record of bringing positive change for families both here in Mamaroneck and nationwide. She revitalized Larchmont Friends of the Family, which helps residents in the Larchmont and Mamaroneck communities by tripling its support for local families facing serious illness or loss, and built lasting partnerships with schools and community groups to expand access to health and social supports. A nationally recognized clinician and NYU professor, Tina leads NIH-funded research on Alzheimer’s and dementia care that has informed policy change at agencies such as the USDA. Her innovations, like the CareMobi caregiving app, advance social good and, at no cost, help families navigate aging and caregiving. As a mom of three in the Mamaroneck schools, a PTA leader, and a trusted collaborator across civic organizations, Tina consistently unites families, schools, and local institutions to deliver solutions that strengthen community well-being.
Together, Melissa and Tina bring the proven experience, energy, and collaborative spirit Mamaroneck needs to deliver innovative solutions, smarter spending, and a sustainable future for every resident.
